Web15. apr 2024 · I have the SPAL wiring kit from Race German that has a beefy temperature sender included (185F) with 3/8 NPT threads and about 16mm diameter. As the temp sender is fairy large, it will not fit in my thermostat housing. Race German says you've got to weld a threaded hole into your radiator to support this. Ugh.
