NettetGo to settings and edit scroll speed, if that doesn’t work, you might have to change mouse sensitivity when you play hoi. Bit of a pain I know... I don't think mouse sensitivity has anything to do with middle mouse button scroll speed. And even if it does have an effect it'd mean I'll have to adjust to the new sensitivity just for HOI4.
