WebBeneficiary satisfied all criteria for obtaining gift card, as set forth in the DCE’s Implementation Plan. Gift card is provided to the beneficiary directly by the DCE. Cost of the gift card is funded entirely by the DCE. Gift card is programmed to prevent the purchase of tobacco and/or alcohol products.
